They were very impersonal. Had some complications and instead calling and explaining my opinion they just sent a impersonal message in the portal. Communication could be better
This is so VIP I love it so much this location 🥳 We live in Orlando, and we normally have to go to the Sarasota location—we’ve been in this process for two years now, and the drive there takes anywhere from two to five hours depending on traffic; this location is a blessing. Also, a very lovely place, and everyone was very friendly.
Everyone was very nice. Dr. McNichols had amazing bedside manner. Made the experience better despite the long wait. However the wait time was unacceptable. I waited 1.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen. Management has to come up with a more efficient way to speed things up or need to schedule less appointments.
