Terrible communication, impossible to get a hold of over the phone. I just waited on hold for 30 minutes and then the phone died on the other end. I asked for an office manager to reach out to me and that was about Three days ago with obviously no response. Very disappointed with this establishment. Sure they offer a great price, but I guess you get what you pay for.
Dr. Mc Nichols is hands down the best doctor i have ever had. His bedside manner is great, and he goes above and beyond for his patients. It’s nice to have a doctor who actually cares about you and doesn’t look at you as just a number. Fertility is an emotional roller coaster for some and it’s a good feeling having a doctor who consistently has your back. I have never been so appreciative as i am now in this journey.
I am beyond grateful for the new CNY location in Orlando! The office is so warm and inviting and every single person who works there is AMAZING. I never had a long wait and it truly felt like a boutique IVF experience. When I graduated they were all there to wish me well and it just felt like the best send off I could have ever hoped for. If you've been driving to Sarasota for monitoring and this location is closer, I cannot recommend it enough! It cut my driving time by over 2 hours each way.
