I have had Mike work on my house several times from this company and all the times things were not done properly he build me a deck the pieces started coming apart called him kept saying he was coming still didn’t gave him another chance thinking he would be responsible for what he does but no, just being me and trying to get my house how I wanted it I went back to him for more work and as I said he makes it looks good but not done properly so I worked with him again on my basement had to call him back for that toilet wasn’t... read more

CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. was all around fantastic. They were professional, polite, and got my repair done without any delay. What really stood out was that they managed to handle the repair at a really reasonable cost, which was noticeably lower than what others were charging. If you need roof repairs, I absolutely recommend going with CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc.

I've got to say, CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. is absolutely awesome. Mike is a real artisan. Our bathroom renovation is stunning, especially the tile work. It's like a work of art. And guess what? The project was completed right on schedule and exactly within the budget we had planned. What I really appreciate is Mike's great communication. I gotta say, CNY Commercial & Residential Construction rocked the metal roofing game! Their skills, professionalism, and dedication were seriously impressive. The installation was flawless, and they finished it up right on time. They kept me in the loop throughout the project, and their craftsmanship made my roof look amazing. I hired them to replace my bathroom floor. First of all, it was impossible to get someone to call you back, reached out to the receptionist (i think that was the owner's wife) a few times, no callback. Eventually, after calling almost every day, got an estimate (that was insanely high), after pointing out that, the estimate was too high they lowered it , but since I needed work done fast I agreed.
