Megan has no experience in running a detox center. Her professionalism is non existent and she, nor her father who is the owner do not understand how to treat people in detox with dignity or respect. Megan, also does not know how to communicate without being defensive, rude and yelling. Duncan, the owner was rude and disrespectful on speaker phone when I asked about MY treatment plan. I had the pleasure of working with David at CNV Detox, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He is professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. The team is quick, reliable, and truly cares about providing great service. I’m looking forward to continuing to work together and watching the business grow. Highly recommend!
My boyfriend went to CNV to detox and I am so grateful for their staff. The owner met us at the house to meet him and was apart of the whole journey. At other treatment centers I never even met the owner! I appreciate everything they did for my boyfriend and will forever be grateful to them for helping save his life!!
This program is amazing. The owner, David, truly cares about the well-being of each of the clients, as do all of the staff there.
As I was introduced to the center by family member I was not a believer. However after actually experiencing CNV for myself I can truly say it is a one of a kind center that caters to the individual needs of the individual. The staff, the therapist, the culture is one of a kind. CNV is a place that actually cares and wants to help you. You really feel like family! I can honestly say I miss the place and the environment.
