An amazing place! The office staff is extremely timely, they communicate very well, and very friendly. Shoutout to Brittany. She has gone above and beyond to make my experience exceptional every single visit. Also, Dr. Howard has been an actual life saver for me. He is an exceptional provider who goes above and beyond to help his patients. I could not ask for a better care team.
I've been seeing McKenzie for a couple of months now, and during one of the hardest chapters in my life, she has been a steady source of kindness, patience, and genuine support. I am deeply disappointed with my experience here. My therapist referred me for an ADHD, autism, and OCD evaluation, and even my psychiatrist acknowledged that my symptoms sounded consistent with ADHD, so I was blindsided when my results came back negative. After submitting my paperwork, I had to follow up myself weeks later and didn’t receive results for over a month and a half. Allison Weaver is hands down the best psychiatrist I've ever had. Unfortunately, I can't she her anymore since I've had an insurance change. I miss her like crazy. Anyway, if you want top quality psychiatry, ask to see Allison. She'll take the best care of you!
I’m finishing up my TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) sessions this week, and the entire experience has been wonderful. The process was not painful, perhaps slightly uncomfortable the first few minutes of my first session, but not too bad. They have a large TV loaded with Netflix and music, which according to studies, engaging with something that makes you happy can result in more positive results.
