Very disappointed with their performance. Did not live up to expectations or provide the services with the care and attention that were promised. Multiple aide/nursing staff changes, multiple supply-ordering fails and uncommunicative and cold staff over the course of three months made this situation MORE stressful rather than less stressful. I could never in good conscience recommend CNS to anyone for the care of a loved one.
