Special thanks to Abbie Paulson RN, Laura McCintock CNA, Laurie Podeszwa NP, DR Gray, Melissa Ousley RN, Sheryl Chapman CNA,Erica Gower Social service director, and our beloved Dr Werckle. Each of them brought respect, compassion, integrity and professionalism each visit. Very greatful.
After my 90 year old mom took a serious fall, I needed a little more support. It was difficult for me to allow someone to help with her care, but after speaking with Lucy and Tanya I began to feel more comfortable. I worked closely with Tanya so I knew that she would care for mom the way I would. We all work together as a team. It has been such a relief for me to know that she's in good hands when I'm not there. Thank you so much Lucy, Tanya and Jordan for all that you do, you're the best!
Place is complete shit, nurses are completely rude, they lie about everything, all they did was sit on their asses. My family member could do everything on their own but they insisted on coming and being there. The nurse Haley even told me straight from her mouth that she was writing down bullshit in his charts, because if she didn’t write down something her boss would remove them from taking care of him.... DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE
