This whole company will be responsible for someone's death. Disrespectful dropping calls for emergency therapy. Not getting meds to the right pharmacy. Misgendering trans patients "cause i don't know you" Unacceptable and a lawsuit waiting to happen. And per the usual no one actually reached out and things have somehow got worse. GO ANYWHERE ELSE DO NOT TRUAT YOUR LIFE WITH THESE PEOPLE.
Please do not go here. They do not care about you getting help. They will leave you hanging and suicidal and not give emergency services when needed
Very very horrible system collectively. The entire system is not user friendly and very unproductive for the population served. I have personally experienced 1 case manager, 1 receptionist(front desk) person and 1 security guard at the Joy Road location that were very pleasant and professional otherwise the rest of the system is completely terrible.
