I have been here for 3 years, and I love it. Maintenance is always prompt to fix any issues. Management sends out surveys and works to remedy issues that have been mentioned. The only issues have primarily been with a few bad tenants leaving trash in the parking lot and common areas and sometimes smelling smoke when it is a non-smoking complex. I can tell management is making efforts to fix these issues, but the truth is, when you choose community living quarters, there's always the risk of having neighbors who don't value t... read more

We signed our lease in August, not soon after we became aware of individuals residing near us that jeopardized our welfare and safety. I informed the property manager of this and it was taken lightly. Upon moving in, we began to notice a constant odor in the main bedroom.
