Kevin has a very very nasty attitude!! He NEVER ask you if you want gel, he automatically gets you set up for gel polish. He doesn't like to be questioned about anything. Not very friendly.

Customer service is horrible!!! Kevin, the owner, is inconsistent with pricing and has a horrible attitude. After going to this salon and defending the owner for many years I’m completely disgusted with the customer service experience and I will never step foot in that salon. STAY AWAY!!
I have been going to CND since May of 2015 the quality of my nails have always been good. But the customer service I have tried to overlook for years. And today I am fed up with it. I was not greeted when I walked in but when I sat down I was told "we don't do long nails anymore" the craziest thing if I'm willing to pay I don't see what the issue would be. But I referred too many people to them and they always told me about Kevin's mouth and attitude. I just always tuned him out but today was the last straw with the attitude... read more
