And responsible individuals WHO assist with the activities of daily living. Their goals are to provide security and companionship and to promote wellness. I consulted Chris Clausen several years ago concerning a difficult situation involving an elderly person with dementia and he proved to be a godsend. I worked for CNC for 6 years. When I started I had no intention on being with them but a few months, I was seeking a social work position but they gave me the most awesome client which also allowed me to really get to know Chris Claussen and all I can say is that he’s an awesome human being. I worked for this place for 2 yrs. I did my job and everything that was exspected of me for caring for the clients. I was always at work on time and I worked the days and hours I was scheduled to work.I gave my 2 week notice when I quit. This company turns around and gives me a bad report to future companys.
