Great company to work with! They were always available and very informative throughout the entire process. Ryan was especially very helpful and made everything smooth and stress-free for us. They listed our property and helped get it rented quickly. We’re truly grateful for their professionalism and excellent service. Highly recommend!
This company isn’t one you want to use. They do not know how to write contracts , manage properties nor communicate effectively . They don’t stand by the contracts the write. They also discriminate and retaliate when a tenant asks to have repairs done. They do not return calls but send tx messages which are unprofessional. BEWARE!! If you’re looking for a company that respects seniors tenants and owners alike use someone else.
CNA Rentals was great to us on our house hunt. Megan timely answered all of our questions leading up to lease signing and worked tirelessly to make sure the house was ready for us on the move-in date. Extremely professional and had a mindset of making the house ready in a way that she herself would want to move in. We really appreciated their efforts and they manage great properties. Absolutely recommend.

We worked with CNA Rentals to manage our property and unfortunately the experience did not meet our expectations. There were several occasions where we felt out of the loop about what was happening with our property, which made it difficult to feel confident as owners. Communication was inconsistent, and at times we felt it negatively affected both us and our tenants.
