They tell you on the phone that they'll pay 90% of that days metal price. When you get there, they say: "No, that's how much silver is in your coins, and we have to make a profit". The reality is that you end up with about half of that days price of the metal! In my case it was silver. Seems a little misleading.
The people are nice, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are true professionals and I greatly appreciate their service!
