Started out just getting a quote to compare against a couple other places and CMS was easy to deal with the whole way through. They came and measured, talked me through the wood options, and gave me a realistic timeline instead of overpromising. The install went about how they said it would and the living rooms new hardwood turned out great. Glad I picked them!

Had my old oak floors refinished by CMS and they look like a totally different floor now. There were years of scratches and some dark spots near the kitchen where water had gotten in, plus the finish had worn down to almost nothing in the hallway. They sanded everything down and the grain that came back was something I forgot the wood even had. Our old oak floors had deep scratches from the dog and water marks near the kitchen sink that we thought were permanent. After checking a couple options around Orland Park, CMS came in and sanded everything down, restained, and the floors look brand new. The marks are completely gone.

it started with a quote that was actually detailed not just a number on a napkin. they walked us through stain samples on the actual wood which helped a lot. job took about four days, they kept us posted each morning on what was happening. final walkthrough was thorough and the floors Look great

Our living room floor had deep scratches from a dog we used to have and dull spots near the windows. They sanded it all down and refinished it with a medium walnut tone. Looks like a brand new floor.
