Our living room floor had deep scratches from a dog we used to have and dull spots near the windows. They sanded it all down and refinished it with a medium walnut tone. Looks like a brand new floor.

Had our old oak floors refinished and a small section in the hallway replaced where water had gotten under the boards years ago. The color match between the new boards and the old ones came out better than I thought possible, you really have to look hard to see where the patch is. had these old hardwood floors that were scratched up bad from years of furniture and dog nails. looked into a few places around Orland Park and ended up going with CMS Floors. they came out, sanded everything down and refinished it all in about two days. the scratches are gone and the color is way more even now than it ever was. floors actually look like they belong in the house again instead of looking tired and beat up. pretty solid turnaround for how rough they were before

Got a quote pretty quick after reaching out and the price was reasonable so we scheduled it. The crew rhat came for our hardwood refinishing was efficient, didnt drag things out. Floors dried nicely, the color came back way better than i expected. Booking was easy too. No runaround.

Our dining room floor had these deep scratches and worn-out spots that made the whole room look neglected. We'd been putting off dealing with it for way too long. CMS Floors came in, sanded everything down and refinished it, and the difference is hard to overstate. The wood grain actually looks rich again instead of dull and beat up. Took them about two days for the whole thing and the dust situation was way more contained than I expected. Really glad we finally pulled the trigger on getting it done.
