The service was great. The lady technician was very nice n explained to me the procedure. Very happy with the service I received.
Fast and efficient
The way scheduling works is beyond anyone’s understanding. The wait time is horrible!! You’re required to arrive 15 mins before if you do you wait 3 hrs, for a simple chest xray. If you arrive earlier you’re put aside until you appt and above the time you were scheduled. You need to bring back patient empathy!! The front desk ladies get overwhelmed with angry patients (with all reason) claiming the excruciating waiting time. Your technical staff is very polite.
