The owner was very motivated to give me the best customer service when I called him about my beloved totaled truck. I had an excellent exchange, even got a job offer! Well it took them two weeks to text me saying the check had been mailed. I kept in touch and asked for updates as it’s now been 2 days under a month since I’ve sold them my truck.
