Shipping was not fast. Customer service was condescending the one time I actually was able to reach a person. They shipped only half of my order, and scanned the tracking twice showing my order was completely filled even though it wasn’t. They never returned my call when I tried to report the error. I waited on hold just to be told they wouldn’t take my call. I had to dispute the transaction with PayPal to receive the other half of my order.
