I almost don't want to write this review because when you find a service provider this good you want them to always be available to work on your house! CMP have been out a few times for a drain clog and a sink + drain replacement in our 100+ year-old home. The guys I have worked with (Derek in particular) have been friendly, knowledgeable, and on-time. They've also charged me more than reasonable prices. CMP will always be my first call for work in the Indy area.
Professional company, professional work, they always overperform!
We have an old house and had a big job to be done. We had an older well pump removed, a water softener installed, the main water valve replaced, new plumbing lines and new outdoor faucets installed. With this they also repaired a few areas of the plumbing that had leaked in the past and replaced a few non functioning valves. We discovered a pin hole leak from a copper line in our crawl space a few days ago. Another plumbing contractor referred us to CMP. They couldn’t make it the same day, but Laura was empathetic and got us scheduled for the next afternoon. CJ, the technician, called prior to his arrival and was prompt, professional, and efficient. The total cost of the repair, including service fee was reasonably priced. We found a new contractor for our plumbing needs!
