One of my biggest life regrets is renting a place from these absolute scam artists. Horrendous company, never trust any of these people.
Avoid at all costs
Moralless company managed by the selfish and greedy. The epitome of slum lords. Steve Schroeder should be ashamed to have these people manage his properties. The apartments are disgusting and this company will try to squeeze you of everything you've got just to line their own pockets. Would never recommend.
I have lived here for many years. Since Carrie and Dave took over in about 2014 living conditions have improved 100%. My quality of life, and that of the neighbors I speak to regularly has improved as well. Carrie and Dave make sure we are always taken care of, have worked hard to not only ensure that all of our maintenance needs are met but also that the buildings and grounds are well maintained and updated regularly, and have supported me through good times and bad.
