Briargate worst property ever!! Got sick from mold visiting a friend. I paid for an inspection and diagnosis showed them the paperwork and they denied it! they are purposely trying to harm people
They charge you for everything nasty attitude
Shemeka G, the new landlord at Briargate, is doing great! She's very responsive to my emails and questions, and just installed a new washer/dryer in my unit because mine had broken. Got it done on July 4th, during the holiday when the office was closed. Lived here for 4.5 years now, don't wanna live anywhere else yet!!

The property manager of CMM realty does not help my son with the process of sub-leasing his apartment. I don’t know why they don’t help us. I really hope that some mutual agreement can be achieved.
