Just toured for the first time and I am looking forward to moving in July! Seems like a safe and well-maintained building. Directly across from campus and there is a sense of community in the complex. Emmalee was amazing during our tour. She was able to answer all our questions and was super friendly!
I have lived in the wilshire house (under CMM Realty) for 5 years in total. I had a great experience, and I would like to especially give a shoutout to Rhett, who was kind and responsive during my stay. I would 100 percent recommend the place to anyone considering an apartment near USC!
