Don't hire this company and the owner Latasha Cifuentes to manage your properties. She is unreliable and dishonest. In 2022 she decided to accept a full time job in Colorado and ended up managing my properties remotely. It was hard for me to get hold of her because she was busy with her other job. On top of that for 2 months I did not get my rent. I had to threaten her with legal action to get my money. I also had to get the owner of the company she was working for involved. Above all, she never gave me the 1099's for 2022.
