Amazing family oriented! – My mother went to CMI last year. Her best friend told her about it. She went and had an amazing experience remounting her ring and having her deceased husbands ring made into a necklace for her. She said they were amazing. Our Favorite Jewelry Store – I love jewelry. My husband loves to surprise me with jewelry when our finances allow. Tim Hackim, one of the owners of CMI, has been helping him find exactly what I like for over 12 years now. Every now and then we look at a sale from another store but there is always a catch. Way over priced!!!! – I've been looking around for a certain Oris watch for a while now. Unfortunately this is the only authorized retailer in the area. They priced the watch 1200 dollars more then you could find elsewhere. Seriously if you value your wallet find somewhere else, anywhere else! I am now off to Charlotte to purchase my new watch.

Hi this is Kim, one of the owners at CMI. Our dealership agreement with Oris requires us to sell their watches at MSRP which is a good value for a fine watch. Most likely you found a "grey market" watch at such a discount but if it was a dealer selling a legitimate timepiece below MSRP and you discussed it with us we would have contacted Oris for you and gotten permission to match the price. Best Customer Service Ever! – I have been working with Kim at CMI and he is awesome!! He has recently helped 2 of my nephews with engagement rings and they could not be more pleased. I also took some old gold I had in my jewelry box to him and sold it. I ended up having enough to finally get that pair of diamond earrings I've been wanting for so long. Great, great experience.
