Friendly and patient centered primary care!
The worst doctor’s office we’ve even encountered. They constantly never answer messages or fill my husband’s prescription when he calls. Then he ends up going days without it waiting for them to send it into the pharmacy. Not to mention at his last appointment he tried telling the doctor he’s been having issues with his heart and a super high heart rate, and her response was “no your heart rate was okay when we took it just now.” No further questions and no further workup with a really bad family history of heart disease/hea... read more
Sept.2024-First appointment-impressed with the doctor--then the 'other one' came in--arrogant and ugly demeanor...and I haven't been back. July,2025-I witnessed my granddaughter make appt 7/23@10:20am for 7/31@1pm--today was told no appointment was scheduled-can't be seen until October.. This was not the front desk personnel..what's going on? Unimpressed with mediocrity.
We had an appointment with Dr. Humaria Quedess on July 29. After the visit, we were told that two prescriptions would be sent to the pharmacy. We got home around 4:00PM, and the pharmacy had not received anything. We waited another 30 minutes, and still nothing. We wanted to call the clinic, but they had already closed by 4:30 PM. Around 5:30 PM, the doctor called and told us that the prescription had been sent to two different pharmacies, which we were not informed of earlier. Poor communication across departments led to a prescription that their pharmacist knew I couldn’t access. I have been waiting more than four weeks for a replacement medicine. Repeated appointment cancellations have kept me from speaking in person to a doctor, and they don’t have the availability to monitor a medicine I don’t even have. Deeply frustrating experience.
