Horrible. Couldnt help me out at all whoever was on the phone. All I asked was to see if he could know this specific thing that was taken(i explained what) & if it was sold but he wouldnt answer EDIT I CALLED BACK W THE CASE REPORT & NOW HE SAYING THEY STILL CANT HELP bad business all around

Made a deposit on a Friday, completed my payment that Monday and received my item on Tuesday. Nothing but great communication and an amazing product.
