This company is a JOKE! Our loan was sold to CMG and when I contacted them to give them the POA that I have due to my husband working in Vietnam, Mr. Figgures #0197 (he refused to give me his full name) said to me "Stop lying lady! We're not at war with Vietnam any longer!" I was shocked that he said something so ignorant! I reported this incident but no one ever followed up with me. We plan on refinancing with another company asap!

CMG paid my Hazard Insurance twice... I was told this would be credited back to my account...Now it's Feb 1st and no credit after 2 months...My Escrow Account has been depleted and now Taxes will be due... Today I was told that I must get my Insurance Company to refund the extra payment to me... I lost all my trust in CMG after this fiasco...Going to refinance with another lender.

I had an FHA mortgage loan which CMG bought from the original lender. I refinanced to a conventional mortgage with another lender and CMG received the owed principal plus over $1,000 in fees on Nov 19 to close the loan. I was notified at that time in writing that my escrow account was closed and my balance was around $1,240.00 and that would be refunded to me by check. Our loan officer, Liz, did not do her due diligence on my fiancé and I. Upon closing, we found that the Deed was completed incorrectly. We could not correct the Deed prior to closing without postponing closing. Additionally, days before closing, she knowingly sent an inaccurate closing disclosure and told us to open it, in order to prevent a delay in closing. Jason Haley closed two loans for me in less then 18 months fast and during crunch time even when another dropped the ball on my first loan he got it done fast and good priced. Back to back available all the time which came in handy big time since my work schedule varies.
