I went back and forth on whether to give this experience three stars because I want to be fair. We worked with both Erin and Jenni, and while Erin was genuinely great, my experience with Jenni was unfortunately very disappointing. By the grace of God, I was introduced to CareyAnn and her angel team of Meghan, Sam, Annie, Carrie Y., Kevin and I am sure there are other people who helped whom I will never know their names. I do not recommend working with Lucero Rose . The worst mortgage experience we have ever had – dishonesty, lack of ethics, and zero professionalism We chose to work with this lender because I personally reached out looking for assistance in Spanish.
