CME's service saved from having to excavate and tear up recently re-surfaced blacktop at our office building. All work was done in a two-foot square area just outside of the basement foundation in less than six hours. A 102-foot main soil drain was re-lined with a brand new joint-free pipe just like regular PVC. Guaranteed for 10 years, but will most likely last as long as brand new PVC piping laid instead. Q: When do I know I've chosen a company with integrity? A: when they tell me there is a more cost effective repair for my problem AND refer me to another company for the RIGHT repair at maybe 1/2 the cost. You can bet 10 of my friends will hear about CME and10 of their friends and so on. And the estimate is completely FREE including running the camera thru the sewer lines; other companies have charged for this service.
CME lined a old sewer lateral that had been causing us problems at an office building. Chuck came out and very accurately and honestly showed us the situation and gave his recommendations. The 3 technicians doing the installation worked hard and confidently, obviously knowing their job very well. They completed their work on schedule, cleaned up thoroughly and showed me their results by camera. Very impressive!
Finally a company that's not all about money. I recently moved into a new house in August in been dealing with water backup since. I have had several companies came in but couldn't diagnose the issue and charged me arm and leg. I called CME and dealt with Dave, who is knowledgeable, prompt, and very fair.
