I had an appointment at the Socastee office, and less than an hour before my scheduled time, they called to inform me that the nurse was at Conway, not in Socastee—no explanation, no apology—just like that. After waiting a month for this appointment, their unprofessional behavior made it clear that I don't want to entrust my healthcare to these people. Never could see a doctor and my appointments always canceled! Finally just went to my general doctor for a PAP smear.
The doctors are great, however, when I make an appointment, for the Socastee office, at the very last minute they change it to Conway. This has happened twice now and because they don’t tell you until last minute, I’ve had to cancel both appointments. There’s no explanation of why. It’s quite frustrating.
Dr Dunn is the best.. so sad she is moving!
