First NP appointment at this location. Admin Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. APRN I saw, I felt like she did not listen to my concerns. Any other provider I have seen, if I mention a concern, we take the time to discuss that concern. I expressed a few concerns and did not get into any of those concerns... Felt like i was not being heard, felt like i was just another patient that day. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I was there just to establish care for an annual checkup, and Alyssa Funicella caught that I had appendicitis! I had emergency surgery that afternoon and I'm recovering now. Had she not caught it, I would've been in BIG TROUBLE because I thought I was just experiencing digestive pain. Highly recommend this team!
