Can’t say enough great things about Dr Ross and his staff. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. Jenna at the front desk is welcoming and makes things as speedy as possible. Liz is so cheerful and amazing at getting your vitals and making you feel comfortable prior to Dr Ross coming in. And don’t forget Karen at checkout, always so helpful and pleasant.
Trying to get a sick visit for my primary care doctor at this location, and he is not available until the end of April! This is bananas. Even another doctor is not available for a week from today. Going to transfer my care to another location
They claim to have reached out to inform my appointment for the 18th was canceled, on the 2nd. However I've got ZERO voice mails ZERO texts with that information. Apparently, I don't know how to use the online portal, and since I "didn't choose the right options" my appointment was canceled. Would have been great to know 2 weeks since they've only got one doctor and hes slammed and obviously over booked. Why cmc doesn't have the resources to put another doctor at this location to soften the workload is beyond me, at least th... read more
I feel so confident in Dr Ross. He listens and explains everything we’re I can understand it. He’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen in my 63 years.
Awesome service as always. Front desk ladies make you feel like family and always make me laugh. Doctor Ross and his apprentice are top notch. And can't forget Liz, Dr Ross's nurse, she just put this Awesome calm vibe in the air. Best place to go when your not feeling 100 percent for sure.
