I am so impressed with the entire staff at CMC Primary Grande Dunes! From check-in to check out, I have never once had anything but kindness, smiles, & expertise. I have noticed that even on a stressful busy day, each person does their job well & makes sure I get the best care possible. Dr. Ross has went above and beyond on several occasions to get things done for me when other Dr. offices wouldn’t be bothered. Can’t say enough great things about Dr Ross and his staff. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. Jenna at the front desk is welcoming and makes things as speedy as possible. Liz is so cheerful and amazing at getting your vitals and making you feel comfortable prior to Dr Ross coming in. And don’t forget Karen at checkout, always so helpful and pleasant.
