I have contacted this company for more than a week for foundation and other repairs in home. After repeated phone calls, there is no response. We even stopped by their Office. They are too busy for any business

A literal estimate they were supposed to show up and give, my insurance adjustor waited and I waited , they are negligent with customers.I believe they expect money up front to take on your project, then open up project, yet leave it for weeks on end wondering when their coming back.That was firsthand from someone who did hire them I spoke to this week.Luckily they didn't show up for me,I would've been in the same mess.A no call, no show though..its like can you be anymore inept?!btw..NOT BBB accredited.
