My wife and I have had the pleasure of living in a house managed by CMC Inc. We are renting an old home and have had some trouble with the AC and heater over the last year. Our property manager, who is available any time by his personal cell phone, was able to send someone out to have this fixed within less than 24 hours. Definitely not the place to hire if you want your property efficiently managed! The maintenance crew picks & chooses what they will fix at your house and if they don't want to do it they will tell you to hire your own maintenance man! Their main office also will not answer the phone or return calls. This company is not successful at managing property. The only thing they're really successful in doing is pissing you off!
Great guys. Fixed up and manage 2 rentals for us.
