Dr Issac does a thorough exam and gives you a clear understanding of what is wrong. I had a problem with my ears that turned out to be an infection and he used an ear vacuum to get most of the infected wax out and then put in a anti bacterial spray in the ear to cure the infection. That took care of the pain and he let me know how to keep the ears healthy in the future. I can easily give him a 5 star review.
