Absolutely amazing providers!!!
We love Dr. Sally and her team. You know you have a great doctor when your kids look forward to going to the doctor!!
Doctors and PA are WONDERFUL however front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They answer the phone by saying yeah , not can I help you. Also I called because I have a concern about my child and they told me I had to wait for 24/48 hours for a response to a my chart message. In the past I would be able to speak with a nurse and send a picture of my concern but that is no longer the case.
We absolutely adore Sally. My 4 month had high fevers several days ago and we were able to get her in same day for an appointment. Katherine, one of the front desk ladies, called me and told me about an earlier appointment and we took that. Katherine was really helpful to me as well on a day that I forgot my daughter’s bottle at home. We love our nurse too, Gracelynn. So blessed we have found somewhere with staff that care so much about their job and patients. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
