I brought my vehicle in during busy hour, requesting a replacement of the upper strut mount on the rear passenger side due to a clunking noises. I did not have an appoinment. However, Kuya Mark asked me to leave the car and said that he will do it after he finishes the people with an appoinment first. Couple hours past by, I got a called that the the upper mount was replaced and Kuya Mark discovered that the actual problem was with the shock, not the strut mount as I had initially suspected.I went back to the shop to pick up... read more
