Easy buying experience with friendly, knowledgeable service Myron helped us get into the car we wanted with ease! She contacted us right way and was very easy to communicate with. "Happy" AJ & CJ! My husband had spoke with Ms. Myron over the phone a week pryor to going to the dealership. We wanted a 2017 Subaru Forester, black on black. Friendly staff and beautiful building. We came in to gather some information comparing Subaru to competitive brands. Chris Johnson did an excellent job educating us on the differences. Not only did he explain the differences he also showed us the differences during our demonstration/test drive.
Great! No pressure sales and expedient purchase process! Arriving not sure we make a purchase that day, Chris did not pressure, just showed us what we asked for and answered our questions. Left us alone to discuss and debate and decide. Chris and Gary saw to the purchase process efficiently and quickly. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent car buying experience at Colonial Subaru! As a past Subaru Outback owner, I wanted to replace my 2011 vehicle. When I called Colonial Subaru to check on their inventory and pricing, I was amazed at the difference between their offer and other Subaru dealers. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Chris Johnson is the best! I asked him if we could do everything through email, so that I did not waste a trip if something did not work out. He took care of everything for me, met ALL of my wishes, my new car was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. All that was left was the little bit of paper work. This place and the employees are absolutely amazing!
Great Customer Service!! Chris Johnson went above and beyond. We chatted back and forth through emails for about a week and when I went in to the dealership he treat us very well. I would buy another car from this dealership again.
Fantastic Experience Myron was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Subaru cars. More importantly she listened and clearly understood my needs in a car. In a short amount of time she developed a relationship with me and I truly felt that she wanted me to be happy. The emphasis was on me rather than an attempt to sell me the most expensive car. I visited three dealerships before working with Colonial. They were by far the most professional and comfortable dealership I've ever worked with.
