Great People Dealt with Gaby for over 2 years. Very nice experience. Glad to buy a new Subaru from her. What can I say about Floyd? He is customer service personified. Never had a better walk thru of new car features. I was very impressed with the employees at Colonial Subaru and would highly recommend them to others.

Best of the Best!!!! Our Outback adventure started with a great new salesman Ali. He was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk through the door you are home. This is our second experience buying a Subaru. We had gone to several dealers until we made the trip up to West Broad and met Chris Johnson. He was so patient with us and helped us get the best deal with leasing. We decided we wanted to lease again instead of buying. Laid back Purchase We looked in the parking lot one week, met the salesperson, Chris, and asked a few questions. We came back the next week to ask a few more questions, and returned to purchase a few hours later. The staff was wonderful.

so happy that I drove 45 miles to this dealership I am happy that I found a car that I was interested in on Colonial Subaru's website and decided to make the 45 minute drive. No pressure buying experience and very friendly staff. We are very happy with our new 2018 Outback. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable. If someone didn't know the answer to our question they knew who to go to for the answer. There was no buying pressure from anyone we spoke with. Subaru offers a lot of value at a very competitive price.
