I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at CMA Jeep. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled safety recall and regular maintenance, and the entire process was a disaster from start to finish. First, despite having a prepaid Maintenance Plan that I purchased with the vehicle, the service clerk tried to charge me for the work.
