What started off as a very positive experience has dissolved into faulty equipment, poor response on communication and a irrated customer. As cmag/ ingia tek was working to get a sale, they communicated quite well and provided very helpful information for an ailing parent. It was so helpful I was easily able to overlook the 3 or 4 full days of wasted installation. (They didn't know their own equipment). I just took my BLS here and my experience was great! The office is very clean and welcoming and the staff were very friendly. The price for the class was affordable and you really get bang for your buck since everything is included. Tia was an amazing and patient instructor and I left feeling more than prepared to save a life if needed. The class materials were very clean and you can tell they take care of their dummies.
