CMA now destroyes and removes perfectly healthy tree! No notice, just showed up in secret and cut it down. Workers climbing all over the tree l! Our new manager for our HOA does not reply to emails. We have to call to get her to respond. A simple request was denied to open a service ticket when we have called the manager to open a ticket for years. I was a board member for a time for our community and during my time, even during the height of the pandemic, CMA made every effort possible to ensure that our HOA remained solvent, responsive to urgent matters, and attempted to save all community members money through judicious management. 1 star is too much, if I could give them zero I would. Impossible to get a response from anyone in management. It took them 3 years to fix light bulbs on the lighted main entrance and it’s proven that they don’t know what’s going on in the neighborhood because my neighbor had mattresses and other bulky junk sitting in front of their yard for 4 weeks waiting for bulk pickup. Almost reminded me of the trailer parks so sad. Every time I pay my dues it makes me sick because my hard earned money is going to waste.
I have lived at Copper Creek since 2019. When we first moved in it was great. Within 6 months or so I went completely down hill. The CMA team constantly lies to the owners, the developers are crooks and now have been caught with their dirty reports. Because of this NOTHING is getting fixed and we are paying more and can’t be shown proof what for. Pool hasn’t passed inspection, shower heads are broken, gates keep breaking, the landscape is very poorly kept. With the exception of making good friends here we would leave. But we... read more
