I rented a house from CM Property Management for 4 years. Although the home was well maintained when we moved in, there was a maintenance issue that needed attention from time to time. I have worked with many property managers in multiple states and have never experienced a company so unprofessional and outright dishonest. After the tenant leaves, they will not return the security deposit to the tenant. When the tenant asks for the security deposit they will tell them it’s with the property owner. In our case the tenant filed a lawsuit for their deposit and the judge will put the responsibility back on the owner to pay the deposit plus a hefty fine. I rented a place at mountain view, in which CM Property Management is the agent by Teri Henson. They have forcefully and falsely attributed all damaged against my deposit. This is a business with bad ethics and tenant handling, be careful!
