Beware!!!! Let me start by saying C&M takes advantage of owner operators. Our first issue began with our first truck. We took it in for a simple oil change. After being over charged for that service. The technician forgot to turn on the fuel relay. Causing the truck to shut down as we were in the process of checking in to pick up a load. We lost our load and had to get it towed back to them… Next we purchased another truck and unfortunately, they’re one of the only Hino dealers in the area.. Super rude to say the least. At approximately 3:15pm 2/21/24 I called to see when they'll be able to get me in because I needed some work done on my 2019 Hino 258 flatbed. A gentleman said that he can get me but one of my parts need to be ordered which I understood and proceeded to tell him that's fine and I'll schedule to have the truck brought in and worked on asap. He mentioned that it will take approximately 5 days to come in which I was completely fine with. He said he'll send the invoice for me to make a prepayment via... read more
