WARNING!!! These guys took $4,500 of my money and never delivered the ramp I paid for. This outfit is run by a den of thieves... DO NOT do business with them. I am surprised that they are not out of business by now. These guys are crooks! I tried for over 1 year to get my ramp manufactered and got nothing but excuses. No ramp, no refund either.
This is a complaint filled out to the Attorney General, but never managed to file - Sorry I didn't- thought they would be out of business by now: "In April 2012 I contracted w/ Jim Allen to build an aluminum utility trailer, providing him with diagram & list of items to be included. He stated it would take 4-6wks, maybe a little longer as they were moving, but would have the materials including axle within a couple weeks. DO NOT USE THIS company! They will take your money and NEVER deliver any product and blow you off with every excuse imaginable. Do your research they have bad reviews all over the Internet! They change their company name to cover their tracks and the owner uses other names as aliases. They are scammers and have quite the operation going on. I attempted to order a gangway for the nonprofit I work for from Custom Marine. Everything went normally until they had our deposit check of over $1800. When it came time for the ramp to be delivered, there was no ramp. I called and emailed, and they said they'd deliver it soon. A month later, still no ramp. They are still claiming they "could" build us a ramp if we want, but they can't supply any photographic evidence they ever started building our ramp.
