Just started and I really like it. Hardcore workout but no pain, no gain!
There is nowhere else on earth you will get this sort of workout with results to prove it.
If there is anyone I would take fitness advice from its Mike Chapa.
There is no place like clydesman. The trainers and members never give up on one another, always encouraging and motivating each other. It doesn't matter the fitness level you are own you are made to feel like family at clydesman.
