Had a awswome workout. Love how Clydes is all about team work, supporting each other and comradrey. Serving 12 years in the military, I felt right back at home and part of a brotherhood we verterans all share. Thank you Clydesman!!!!
Best gym in town!! I've been to the other two Crossfit gyms in town and Clydesman has the best programming to make you stronger, fitter, and faster! The programming is creative and you actually get your full hour or more worth of workout! Everyone is friendly and there are no clicks like other Crossfit gyms. I have definitely accomplished many movements I could never do before! Most importantly, I've seen amazing weight loss and strength results that I could never get anywhere else ! Definitely give it a try!!
