Brought them my drive shaft from an old ford pickup cuz of a broken slip yoke ear. I told them I replaced the u joints about 3 months ago, but they proceeded to replace the end that had nothing wrong with it. They called to tell me I need a whole new drive shaft because the new joint caps and retaining clips are loose, when I asked about the one they removed having issues, they claimed they don’t remember.
