I had my brakes replaced last week. The communication was great, they did not do anything without talking to me first. The prices were exactly what they said they would be (way less than the other quote I got) and they even gave me a ride back home when I dropped the truck off. Rock stars in the auto industry!
I was overdue for my 90,000 miles tune up by 6,000 miles. I simply could NOT find the time to get my 4Runner in, as it's used for towing my food trailer and personal use. I had a vacation planned and was busy up to the second we left. The guys at Clutch picked up my car, tuned it up and made sure it was in tip top shape before I returned. The day after return, they picked me up in my car and we were ready to get back to work. I can't imagine another shop going to such lengths to take care of their customers.
