Clustered Spires Pastry S is HORRIBLE and a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! I was VERY disappointed in the service and the cake I got from here. Love them! I purchase my son's allergy free cake here every year. It is moist, delicious and with great custom decorations. There are plenty of flavors and styles available. Best of all, the prices are extremely reasonable!!
Not recommended for gluten free I was very disappointed with this bakery. I called the day before to ask if there would be gluten free options available. The woman I spoke with said that to have the best selection I should arrive by 10am and that there would be plenty of choices. I drove quite a distance to arrive by 10am only to be told that I would have to come back later in the afternoon. Awful experience!!! I recently placed a custom cake order with this business, and I was called in the afternoon of the day I was to pickup my cake, to be informed that the baker was out of town. There was no apology, no offer of a simple basic cake to replace my custom order, nothing! And the gentleman that phoned me was an owner, of all people to receive poor customer service from! Great option for one of a cake birthday cakes We have used this bakery for our children's birthday cakes. They offer personal service and great cakes which look like pieces of art. We much prefer this over your standard box cake from a supermarket bake shop. They will work with you to come up with a design to match the theme of your party. The cakes not only look great, they taste great too!
I love this bakery!!! I just purchased my second cake today for my son's birthday party and this bakery has, again, exceeded my expectations. Not only was the cake moist and delicious, but it was originally and creatively designed. I was so awesome I didn't want to cut it! Not only that, her prices are so reasonable, her cakes are about what you would pay for those cookie-cutter pre-baked cakes you order from the grocery store. The cake was a huge hit, everyone loved it and wanted to know where I got it.
Out of this world goodness! Cakes so delicious and beautiful they melt in your mouth. We order a cake every year for our Christmas party and it's always a huge hit. They take special and custom orders and are willing to make pretty much anything you want. Great prices for what you get. A must try!
Mrs I ordered rolls for thanksgiving dinner last year. I picked them up on the way to my mother-in-laws. The rolls were hard, like they were a few days old... and about half were way over done!! I paid too much for these HORRIBLE rolls- I was embarrassed too. I am starting to think that the owners are the posting good reviews for this shop, just to try to counteract all the bad publicity!
WASTE OF TIME I wish I could rate a 0 for this place but that is not a choice. I am highly allergic to wheat and was so happy to see that they made a gluten free cake. For my birthday my husband ordered a gluten free cake for me on a Tuesday to pick up at 12:00pm on the Friday. I drove nearly 40 minutes to get there.
