Worst ever company.. nothing good but harassing people in name of BGV asking details not even relevant for anything.. wish there is -5 star..
Operations won’t even listen to the callers use case. They abruptly end the conversation. Not sure if they are too busy polishing their nails.
They will harass you in the name of investigation . They lose track of what they ask and will keep coming to you with their new requirement . Won’t even complete their investigation in 6 months . Looks like they take this much time to show they have been working really hard . You need to be productive to show the same . DO NOT waste people’s time . Working with you is no less than harassment. Incompetent and useless staff
