Our air conditioning unit stopped working yesterday, and Cluff Mechanical responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and came over first thing this morning to fix it. I highly recommend them.
I've used the Cluff's on more than one occasion, everytime it's been a positive experience and have always responded quickly no matter what time I call. They replaced our AC unit in July after the compressor finally gave out. I just got our notification from APS that our average bill is now going to be $89 instead of $126 (1600 sq ft home) monthly. Our preferred company didn't answer the phone on Sunday, the installing company couldn't come until Wednesday... so this Monday morning I tried Cluff Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning. They set up a time block of 1-4 p.m. today (Monday), came out mid-afternoon and by 3:00 p.m. the affected portion of the house was nice and cool! Thank you James! He couldn't have been more courteous, tidy or professional. My brother says he will definitely call you folks for his new house.
