From the moment I met with Mr. Cluff and Patricia I knew I was in the right hands. Being in an accident that was not your fault is stressful and choosing Mr. Cluff was the best decision I could have made. Patricia kept me in the communication loop as to what was going on and I truly felt my concerns were heard. They had my back and I couldn't have made a better choice in being represented.
