I have been using them for 3 years. They are the perfect example of a small business that truly cares about its customers. ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE! Dropped off a dress assuming it would be at most $15-20. Nope $40 bill- more than I even paid for the dress. Definitely will not be using them again.
Been coming here a couple of months to get my jeans heavy starched and every time I ask for cowboy starch, they come back feeling like they’ve just been lightly pressed—definitely not the stiff, heavy finish I’m paying for. I also ask every time to have the sleeves on my shirts creased, and it never gets done. At $12.50 a pair, you’d expect them to actually listen and deliver what you ask for. Time to find a new cleaners that understands what cowboy starch really means and actually pays attention to the details.
